- Louise Heather Added February 12, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★A lovely regional museum, well kept, with a nice collection and very helpful volunteers. I booked computer time to browse and search through their amazing photo collection. If you have family in the area, looking through the thousands (literally) of photos in their database is a must. There's a park with a coffee cart (till about 1pm), sheltered tables, a bbq and clean loos as well.

There is even a working model of timber cutting and transport.
If you want to have research done for you on relatives from earlier eras, a form, appointment and small fee, gives you access to your family history around the Macleay area and surrounds.
Well worth a visit and enjoy by-gone eras.
